COOKING LESSONS
“While you are
at table, you don't get older”, this is
a famous Italian proverb. Food as therapy, as
relaxing moment, as fun. This is the very heart
of Tuscan cuisine. Cooking to have fun, to feel
good, to enjoy the taste of time taking breath
from stress and giving place to pleasure.
One
of the most comfortable rooms in the Fattoria
di Stibbio, is the kitchen. We have equipped this
place in order to have the possibility to organize
cooking lessons for our guests.
According to the season and to your exigences,
you can ask about programs and menus just for
a single lesson or for 3 or 4 days lessons.
You
will cook together with one of the chefs of Pepenero
www.pepenerocucina.it,
and you will learn how to prepare the meals you
prefer, obviously starting from the typical Tuscan
cuisine. Fun will go on preparing the table and
tasting what you have prepared. Each course will
be combined with the right wine, chosen out of
Pepenero's rich cellar.
